Imprinting nanopatterns on flexible substrates has diverse applications in advanced fabrication. However, the traditional thermal nanoimprint lithography (T-NIL) often causes shrinkage upon cooling. Here, a simple yet versatile method is introduced to fabricate multiple nanopatterns on a flexible substrate coated with an azopolymer by combining athermal nanoimprint lithography (AT-NIL) and photolithography. The azopolymer has various mechanical properties upon photoirradiation: 1) phototunable glass-transition temperatures (Tg) and concomitantly photoinduced switch from glassy plastic to viscoplastic polymer; 2) prominent modulation of viscoplasticity under light illumination at different wavelengths. Regionally selective multiple nanopatterns are conveniently fabricated, presenting angle-dependent structural color images on poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) substrates. The flexible, athermal and multiple nanopatterning method has the potential for on-demand fabrication of complex nanopatterns. 相似文献

X-ray imaging functionalization of biodegradable polyesters is a great demand and challenge in biomedical applications.In this work,a strategy of in-chain functionalization through the combination of ring opening copolymerization and oxime "Click" postfunctionalization was developed towards X-ray opaque polylactide copolymers.A functionalized cyclic carbonate was first synthesized and used as comonomer of polylactide copolymers,which were subjected to postfunctionalization of oxime "Click" reaction towards iodinated polylactide copolymers.The chemical structure and physical properties of the target products were traced and confirmed.In vitro cytotoxicity evaluation with 3T3-Swiss albino by Alamar blue demonstrated a low cytotoxicity.The X-ray radiopacity was analyzed by Micro-CT and quantified by Hounsfield Units value,which could be tailorable by the feedstock.It is a promising X-ray visible implantable biomaterial in biomedical applications. 相似文献

Three mesoporous molecular sieves loaded silicotungstic acids, named HSiW/SBA-15, HSiW/MCM-41, HSiW/MCM-48, were prepared and characterised by XRD, FT-IR, TEM and SEM. The catalytic performance of the prepared materials for the Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of cyclic ketones was carried out in the presence of 30%H2O2 under mild conditions. These loading materials were proved to be efficient and reusable catalysts, they all exhibited excellent catalytic performance for the Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of cyclic ketones with 30% H2O2 as oxidant. Many cyclic ketones were efficiently converted to the corresponding lactones with up to 90% conversions and high selectivities under the optimum reaction conditions. Cyclic ketones were efficiently oxidised by mesoporous materials sopported silicotungstic acid to the corresponding lactones with 30%H2O2 as oxidant. Hydrogenated amorphous silicon oxide(a-SiOx:H) is an attractive passivation material to suppress epitaxial growth and reduce the parasitic absorption loss in silicon heterojunction(SHJ) solar cells. In this paper, a-SiOx:H layers on different orientated c-Si substrates are fabricated. An optimal effective lifetime(τ(eff)) of 4743 μs and corresponding implied opencircuit voltage(iV(oc)) of 724 mV are obtained on〈100〉-orientated c-Si wafers. While τ(eff) of 2429 μs and iVoc of 699 mV are achieved on 111-orientated substrate. The FTIR and XPS results indicate that the a-SiOx:H network consists of SiOx(Si-rich), Si–OH, Si–O–SiHx, SiO2 ≡ Si–Si, and O3 ≡ Si–Si. A passivation evolution mechanism is proposed to explain the different passivation results on different c-Si wafers. By modulating the a-SiOx:H layer, the planar silicon heterojunction solar cell can achieve an efficiency of 18.15%. 相似文献

In dark matter direct detection experiments,neutron is a serious source of background,which can mimic the dark matter-nucleus scattering signals.In this paper,we present an improved evaluation of the neutron background in the PandaX-II dark matter experiment by a novel approach.Instead of fully relying on the Monte Carlo simulation,the overall neutron background is determined from the neutron-induced high energy signals in the data.In addition,the probability of producing a dark-matter-like background per neutron is evaluated with a complete Monte Carlo generator,where the correlated emission of neutron(s)andγ(s)in the(α,n)reactions and spontaneous fissions is taken into consideration.With this method,the neutron backgrounds in the Run 9(26-ton-day)and Run 10(28-ton-day)data sets of PandaX-II are estimated to be(0.66±0.24)and(0.47±0.25)events,respectively. 相似文献

MoS2 is a promising candidate for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), while its active sites are mainly distributed on the edge sites rather than the basal plane sites. Herein, a strategy to overcome the inertness of the MoS2 basal surface and achieve high HER activity by combining single-boron catalyst and compressive strain was reported through density functional theory (DFT) computations. The ab initio molecular dynamics (AIMD) simulation on B@MoS2 suggests high thermodynamic and kinetic stability. We found that the rather strong adsorption of hydrogen by B@MoS2 can be alleviated by stress engineering. The optimal stress of −7% can achieve a nearly zero value of ΔGH (~ −0.084 eV), which is close to that of the ideal Pt–SACs for HER. The novel HER activity is attributed to (i) the B– doping brings the active site to the basal plane of MoS2 and reduces the band-gap, thereby increasing the conductivity; (ii) the compressive stress regulates the number of charge transfer between (H)–(B)–(MoS2), weakening the adsorption energy of hydrogen on B@MoS2. Moreover, we constructed a SiN/B@MoS2 heterojunction, which introduces an 8.6% compressive stress for B@MoS2 and yields an ideal ΔGH. 我国在多条河流上修建了大量梯级水库, 梯级坝溃决诱发洪水大大超过单坝溃决洪水洪峰, 因此亟需加深对梯级坝溃决洪水洪峰增强机制的认识. 本文建立了梯级坝溃决洪水演进过程的一维浅水动力学模型, 发展了一套能捕捉激波、干湿边界和保平衡结构的数值求解方法, 通过大量算例, 系统研究了梯级坝溃决洪水演进过程的质量转化和能量转化机制. 研究结果表明, 梯级溃决中, 上游溃决诱发的洪水大大增大下游水库的质量和动量, 形成一个带动量的水塔, 同时在尾部残留一个动量较大的射流, 不断补充下游坝体溃决后水塔的质量和动量, 持续维持洪峰高度. 根据该射流-水塔机制, 建立了梯级坝溃决洪水演进过程对应的射流-水塔单坝溃决洪水过程等效模型, 该等效模型基本反映了梯级坝溃决诱发洪水的洪峰过程, 并成功预测了多个坝间距为百公里量级的梯级坝溃决洪水洪峰高程和流量, 可望为流域防洪和梯级坝设计提供理论依据. 相似文献
